6 out of 10 Brazilians have participated in face-to-face events

The market that in 2019, the pre-pandemic year, moved 4.75% of GDP and generated 13 million jobs is heating up again and expectations are high.

After a long period of social isolation, people are finally feeling safer to return to socializing and participate in social events, whether for professional reasons or personal entertainment.

62% of people from the ABC classes have participated in events, according to a recent survey carried out by MindMiners. Among the possibilities of events: 33% have participated in musical events; 31% cultural events; 31% educational events; 30% corporate events; 21% sporting events; 17% gastronomic events; and 12% awards events.

According to Abrape, more than half a million events are expected throughout the year. With business events in mind, more than 3,115 fairs and events are expected to take place this year, 2,688 of which are in person!
